These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at panel-poplarfield.click (the "Site") and your enrollment in training services offered by Panel Poplar Field Co., Ltd. ("Panel Poplar Field," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services described

Panel Poplar Field provides in-person and remote market analysis training, including workshops, chart review sessions, study groups, and corporate desk facilitation. We do not execute trades, manage funds, or provide personalized investment advice regulated under Thai securities law. Training content is educational and describes chart-reading techniques only.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least eighteen years old to book a paid session. Information you submit through contact forms must be accurate. We may refuse or cancel enrollment if misrepresentation is discovered or if a participant disrupts other clients.

3. Bookings and payment

Prices listed on the Site are informational. Confirmed bookings require written confirmation and payment according to instructions in your invoice. Deposits for workshops are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay balances by stated deadlines may forfeit your seat.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, slide decks, laminated cards, and other materials provided during sessions remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal trading education. You may not reproduce, sell, upload, or distribute materials to third parties without written permission.

5. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use automated tools that impair Site performance. Form submissions must not contain unlawful, harassing, or malicious content.

6. Disclaimers

Trading involves risk of loss. Past chart examples are illustrative. We make no guarantee of trading results, income, or skill acquisition timeline. Site content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Panel Poplar Field shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Site use or training attendance, including trading losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid service shall not exceed the fees you paid for that specific service.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Panel Poplar Field from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Material changes to booked services will be communicated to affected clients directly.
