Bookings: billing name, email, phone, payment reference details provided by you or your employer
Chart review submissions: journal scans or photographs you voluntarily provide

Respond to inquiries and confirm training bookings
Deliver workshops, reviews, and study group sessions
Send session materials, schedules, and administrative notices

4. Legal bases (where PDPA applies)

We process data based on contract performance (delivering booked services), legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site), consent (non-essential cookies and optional marketing if ever offered), and legal obligation.

5. Retention

Inquiry records are kept up to twenty-four months unless a booking follows, in which case related records are retained seven years for accounting purposes. Chart review submissions are deleted within ninety days after the session unless you request earlier deletion. Analytics data is aggregated and not stored in identifiable form beyond fourteen months.

6. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with email hosting providers, invoice processors, and analytics vendors bound by confidentiality obligations. Corporate clients may receive attendance confirmations for employees they sponsor.

7. International transfers

Our primary systems are located in Thailand. If a processor stores data outside Thailand, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses or adequacy decisions as required by PDPA.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. 9. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and limited staff access to client records. No method of transmission is completely secure; please avoid sending sensitive account passwords through contact forms.

Services are intended for adults eighteen and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Significant changes affecting booked clients will be communicated directly when feasible.
