Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid training services offered by Panel Poplar Field Co., Ltd. ("Panel Poplar Field"). Prices on the Site are informational; confirmed terms appear on your booking invoice.

1. Gap Analysis Workshop

• Full refund: Cancel fourteen or more calendar days before the workshop start date.
• 50% refund: Cancel seven to thirteen days before the start date.
• No refund: Cancel fewer than seven days before the start date, or no-show.
• Deposits: The 30% seat deposit is applied toward the balance. If you qualify for a full refund, the deposit is returned. Partial refunds apply the same percentages to amounts paid.
• Materials: Printed workbooks prepared with your name are non-refundable once shipped or printed within seven days of the event.

2. Chart Review Sessions

• Full refund: Cancel at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start.
• No refund: Cancel within forty-eight hours or fail to submit required journal scans, preventing preparation.
• Reschedule: One free reschedule with five or more business days' notice.

3. Weekly Gap Study Group

• Membership is prepaid monthly and non-refundable once the block begins.
• You may decline renewal for the following month by emailing before the fifteenth of the prior month.
• Missed sessions are not credited or refunded; emailed gap sheets remain available.

4. Corporate Desk Training

• Cancellation terms are specified in the signed statement of work.
• Customization work begun (slide decks, protocol documents) is non-refundable if you cancel within ten business days of the scheduled delivery date.
• Travel expenses invoiced to third parties follow supplier refund rules.

5. Rescheduling by Panel Poplar Field

If we cancel or reschedule due to instructor illness, venue issues, or force majeure, you may choose a transferred seat on the next available date or a full refund of fees paid for the affected session.

6. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank transfers may require additional processing time depending on your institution.

7. Work already started

Partial attendance does not entitle you to a partial refund once a session is underway. Chart review fees cover preparation time; if we have reviewed submitted materials, the session is considered started at the scheduled time.

8. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email hello@panel-poplarfield.click with your booking reference, name, and reason. Phone 097-531-6842 for time-sensitive requests during office hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 ICT).

9. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Thai law. Medical emergencies may be considered for credit toward a future date at our discretion — documentation may be requested.
