Panel Poplar Field began in 2019 when founder Siriwan Chaiyarat left a brokerage research desk to run gap-reading clinics for retail traders who lacked a structured morning routine. The first sessions met in a borrowed conference room near Khlong San pier; twelve traders marked three SET gaps on paper and debated continuation versus fade for four hours.
Word spread through trading clubs along Charoen Krung. By 2021 we leased the ground-floor classroom at 356 Ladya Road, added printed workbook production, and formalized the flagship Gap Analysis Workshop. Corporate desk training followed when a local prop shop asked for shared vocabulary in their morning briefings.
We remain a training practice — not a signal service, not a brokerage. Revenue comes from workshop seats, study group membership, chart reviews, and on-site desk facilitation.

Small rooms
Workshops cap at twelve; study groups at eight. Instructor time scales with your questions, not with auditorium acoustics.

Examples prioritize SET index behavior, Thai holiday liquidity, and regional ADR influence — the hours and instruments our clients actually trade.
Siriwan Chaiyarat — Lead instructor
Siriwan spent seven years on a Bangkok brokerage research desk covering SET index constituents and morning gap notes for institutional clients. She developed the continuation-versus-fade checklist used in our workbook after cataloguing two years of her own misclassified opens.
She holds no secret indicator — only a insistence that traders write their bias before price moves. Outside the classroom she contributes field notes to this journal and facilitates the Thursday study group.
